Weekly Workout Plan
This post is for the P.E. classes, to show them different exercises that they are to do weekly outside of class to improve physical health. These exercises change weekly to give students different body parts to workout.
Mondays- cardio
Tuesdays- arms
Wednesdays- legs
Thursdays- core
Fridays- cardio
This week- April 24-28
Monday- 100 jump ropes
Tuesday- 3 sets of 15 pushups
Wednesday- 3 sets of 15 burpies
Thursday- 3 sets of 15 crunches
Friday- 10 minute constant jog
These workouts are not for just the students. Friends and parents can use these exercises to get into better shape and feel great about their physical health!! Let's get to work!!
